What to expect when you order service

Starting your service with us is straightforward. We begin by installing a compact antenna receiver on your roof, roughly the size of a dinner plate, which links to our network access point. Next, we run a cable into your home to connect to the router we provide, ensuring you’re ready to go. Our standard installation fee of $150 includes the antenna installation, system configuration, and router setup, designed to get you online quickly and efficiently.

We’re here to meet your unique needs and will discuss any specific requirements or potential additional costs during our initial site survey. All our plans come with a basic router and antenna lease, though you’re welcome to use your own router, provided it’s compatible with our service.

Transparency is key in our pricing—what you see is what you pay. We pride ourselves on not having hidden taxes or fees, and unlike many large companies, we do not increase rates after an introductory period. This approach removes unnecessary stress and ensures you have one less thing to worry about.

Our coverages are approximate based on a certain radius from our tower sites. If you are near or slightly outside these areas we may still be able to get you connected. Fill out the new service form and we can do a more specific test to see if you are within coverage area. Also, this helps us identify areas for future expansion when multiple people in an area show interest.
